Certification for numerous designs has been attained by P.M. switchboards in its pursuit of technical excellence. The company has been undertaking tests at Testing & Certification Australia (formally known as the Sydney County Council) since 1973. Our certification includes for the following:
- Short Circuit Tests 25KA through to 100KA for 1 to 3 seconds
- Through Fault Tests to 80KA
- Arc Fault Containment Tests
- Temperature Rise Tests
- IP Rating Tests
- Protective Circuit Tests
In January 2009, we successfully completed a full range of Type Tests on Prototype Switchboards to AS/NZS 3439.1:2002 as follows:
